By downloading, installing, or using CryptoPulse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement referenced below. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoinCryptoRank.
CryptoPulse is a mobile application providing real-time cryptocurrency prices, crypto and fiat conversion, and a Pro position calculator. Market data is provided by CoinCryptoRank. Core features include:

Prices shown are in USD. Actual charges are made in your local currency at the App Store price in effect at the time of purchase.
Cancellation takes effect after the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a period.
We may offer free trial periods. Trial terms will be communicated at sign-up. At trial end, your subscription auto-converts to the paid plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before trial expiry.
The App is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the App in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA shall prevail with respect to your license to use the App.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow their process.
The free version displays ads via Unity LevelPlay, which may use your IDFA (with your ATT consent) for personalized ads. Ads are removed with any Pro subscription.
All content, code, and trademarks within the App are owned by CoinCryptoRank or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or availability. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and for informational purposes only; they should not be used for financial transactions without independent verification. CoinCryptoRank is not a broker, exchange, or investment advisor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinCryptoRank shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including financial losses from trading decisions made using App data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violating these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
