Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CurrencyFlux Converter & Rates ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoinCryptoRank.

Description of Service

CurrencyFlux Converter & Rates is a mobile application providing real-time currency exchange rates, unit converters, and cryptocurrency price tracking. Core features include:

  • Real-time currency conversion across 30+ fiat currencies
  • Cryptocurrency exchange rate tracking
  • Unit conversion tools (length, weight, temperature, volume, area, speed, time, data storage)
  • Offline conversion rates (with Premium subscription)
  • Ad-free experience (with Premium subscription)

Auto-Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
  • Monthly and Yearly plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew.
  • Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends at the same price.

How to Cancel

  1. Open Settings on your iOS device.
  2. Tap your name → Subscriptions.
  3. Select CurrencyFlux Converter & Rates.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect after the current billing cycle. No partial refunds.

Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods. Trial terms will be communicated at sign-up. At trial end, your subscription auto-converts to the paid plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before trial expiry.

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow their process.

Advertising

The free version displays ads via Unity LevelPlay, which may use your IDFA (with your ATT consent) for personalized ads. Ads are removed with any Premium subscription.

User Obligations

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • You agree not to misuse the App for unlawful purposes.
  • You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and trademarks within the App are owned by CoinCryptoRank. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or availability. Exchange rates are for informational purposes only and should not be used for financial transactions without independent verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinCryptoRank shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violating these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
